What I have to pay for a criminal check they want to do? If they want my background then they should pay, whether I have or have not got a criminal background. Plus they won't let anyone rent with a misdemeanour charge even if your lawyer did do his job at getting this charge dismissed cause not at fault, witness lied. Crazy
